Cleaning Supervisor – Superclean Services Ltd.

About the Role

Superclean Services Ltd. has been delivering professional cleaning services to the food industry across Atlantic Canada for over 50 years. We are looking for a motivated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning and maintenance staff. The ideal candidate is not afraid to get hands-on, meets operational targets, and demonstrates strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee cleaning and maintenance staff

  • Drive a Superclean vehicle (valid Nova Scotia driver’s license required)

  • Complete cleaning tasks efficiently, even in greasy or soiled environments

  • Maintain stocked and organized inventories on vans

  • Follow and enforce all safety protocols

Skills & Requirements

  • Competent and safe driver; able to perform vehicle pre-checks

  • Basic knowledge of small engines (oil, gas, on/off switch)

  • Strong interpersonal and team management skills

  • Willingness to travel for work

  • Comfortable with field software and technology

Compensation & Benefits

  • $17.00 – $21.00 per hour

  • Extended health care (50/50 cost split)

  • Paid sick days and vacation time

  • On-site parking

  • Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
